Juan Thornhill to put on particular cleats honoring Virginia taking pictures victims
Kansas Metropolis Chiefs security Juan Thornhill will honor College of Virginia taking pictures victims with particular cleats.
This previous Sunday, tragedy struck the College of Virginia after a shooting left three students dead. The victims of the taking pictures have been members of the college’s soccer group — large receiver Devin Chandler, linebacker D’Sean Perry, and large receiver Lavel Davis Jr. Two different college students have been injured. The shooter, former Virginia participant Christopher Darnell Jones Jr., is at present in custody.
Juan Thornhill, a former security for Virginia from 2015 till 2018 and present member of the Kansas Metropolis Chiefs, unveiled particular cleats that he’ll put on for the group’s Sunday Evening Soccer recreation towards the Los Angeles Chargers this weekend. Chandler, Perry, and Davis have been returning from a field trip to see a play in Washington D.C., and after they returned to the Charlottesville campus, the bus was hit by gunshots. Two different college students have been injured, one in all them being working again Mike Hollins, who was hit within the again when serving to his fellow classmates escape, his mother told ESPN. The opposite injured scholar has since been discharged from the hospital.
Virginia was scheduled to face Coastal Carolina this Saturday. The college announced that the game has been canceled. The Cavaliers have one recreation remaining on the schedule towards the Virginia Tech Hokies.
